The Real Review Silver Ribbon - CB Brut NV A lemony colour, this promising newcomer is showing a good ripe buttery aroma, suggesting leesy nuttiness and on tasting the same is true with a fine mousse of bubbles exploding on the tongue with notes of butterscotch and juicy ripe peachy fruit, nuanced and understated, all well-balanced and fine-textured, leading to a mouthwateringly tangy finish. Silver Ribbon - CB Rosé NV Salmon pink in colour, this pink fizz from Hampshire’s Candover Valley, disgorged in August 2022, shows fresh and ripe strawberries in the aroma and on tasting, there’s ripe strawberries and cream fruit flavours emerge from a fine mousse of bubbles with a tart summer pudding fruit element too, all finishing elegantly dry
