Established in 2011, Candover Brook is a small five-hectare vineyard in Hampshire producing fine English sparkling wine. Our vineyard takes its name from the chalk stream that runs through the valley – a defining feature of our terroir and one that is quintessentially English. Both the brook and the rare white-clawed crayfish that call it home are found on our labels. 

Family-owned, farmed regeneratively and prioritising quality above all else, we craft limited-production single-estate wines that speak of place.
