Shipping policy

Delivery 

Free delivery on all UK Mainland* orders over £90.

All UK Mainland* orders under £90 will be charged from £7.95. 

Please use our ‘estimate shipping’ tool in your basket to calculate your delivery cost. 

Standard delivery:

Delivered within 2 working days via Royal Mail 48 tracked or Parcelforce 48. 

Fast track delivery:

Upgrade your delivery to next working day via Royal Mail 24 tracked or Parcelforce 24. 

Same day dispatch cut off is 2pm weekdays.

Any orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 working days. 

We ship our parcels via Royal Mail and Parcelforce weekday service depending on the size of your order. Please note deliveries may take longer during high volume periods such as black Friday and Christmas.

You will be updated regarding your delivery directly via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

If you live outside of UK Mainland please email us on info@candoverbrook.co.uk to discuss shipping rates.

We use a courier company to deliver orders. The courier may require a signature on delivery, if you are unlikely to be at home you might prefer to use your work address. Please note that delivery to a neighbour or nominated safe place location may not be available for age restricted items. Alternatively, you might be carded leading to possible delays or, in the worst case, having to collect from your nearest depot. In the unlikely event that a delivery is delayed, due to no fault of our own, we cannot accept responsibility for that delay. 

Age Restrictions

It is an offence for persons under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol. By placing an order you confirm that you are over 18 years old. Candover Valley Wines reserves the right to pass on purchaser information to third parties where this is required by law.

All items are subject to availability. In the event that goods you have ordered are not in stock we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
