Candover Brook produce award-winning sparkling wines using the traditional method. 

The vineyard is nestled within the Candover Valley and surrounded by our family estate, Preston Farm. Led by nature, our regenerative approach with minimal intervention focuses on soil health and the vine resilience that comes with fully functioning soils. 

We deeply value the connection between the vineyard and landscape around it, the vines and soil, our business and community and our wine and customers.

We think small is beautiful and have no intention to grow beyond our 5 hectares. Our focus is to fulfil our father’s dream and produce the best wines with a minimal footprint. Working in harmony with nature and minimising our interventions in the wine making process we create elegant wines which are an expression of the beautiful landscape that surrounds our vineyard.
