Candover Brook Rosé is a dangerous liquid. One opens a bottle, pours a glass...thoroughly enjoy it, pour another...and the sun is not very far over the yard-arm when the bottle is nearly empty! (I speak from recent, glorious experience.) You will never be disappointed - and will in all likelihood need to order another case -- and soon! (PS: the Brut is just as 'bad'...)

We have enjoyed several bottles of this wonderful local wine. It really is special! We loved the colour of the wine as well as the character of the tasting profile. It’s great to appreciate the ongoing effort to protect and support the beautiful Hampshire countryside.

Our forebears formerly tenanted part of the estate now dedicated to vine growing at Preston Candover three generations ago, and being rather fond of English sparkling wines ourselves, we were thrilled to find that following recent ‘extensive research’ and back-to-back blind tastings of fifteen fizzes from no less than five countries, Candover Brook Brut NV stands HEAD and SHOULDERS above as our absolute favourite sparkling wine, beating sparkling wines costing up to three times the price, so much so we have just ordered our Christmas case.

Purchased and saved it for a beautiful summer day. Packed into a picnic hamper & taken out into the greenery of nature & this certainly didn’t fail to make an afternoon, an occasion.

Served with picnic food, or a fantastic meal, the crisp notes of this will complement any pallet. Especially with chicken or a beautiful fish dish, or even just over a nice light salad.. this is certainly a good addition to any table.

Very pleased with our impulse buy from what must be our most local vineyard. Lovely balanced wine, not too dry, lots of soft bubbles, totally delicious and moreish. Looking forward to trying the rosé.

I'm generally no longer able to tolerate grapes of any sort, so rarely drink wine.
I was gifted a bottle of the Candover Brook Brut NV and felt it churlish to decline! I am thrilled to announce (mouth watering at the memory as I type) that this, light yet full flavoured, clean, crisp delicious sparkle, was a total delight and I suffered no ill effects whatsoever. I'm overjoyed and suspect that it's actually good for me! It certainly lifted my spirits and is - in my view -superior in its class.

We were delighted to serve Candover Brook Sparkling Rose to 140 appreciative guests at Rambert School’s 100th anniversary drinks reception. The lively, fruity, and intensely pink sparkling wine was the perfect accompaniment to our celebratory occasion. With the ever-growing popularity of English sparkling wine (wonderful for the carbon footprint) Candover Brook is a must.

Well deserving of all the plaudits! Fresh and citrusy with strong zesty notes. Bought a bottle to try and ordered a case straight after!
